At Brulight, we work hard every day to offer you the best service and products that best meet your expectations.
However, some products may not suit you or may be defective.
In order to serve you better, here are the return policy and the procedure to follow :

Have you ordered equipment and wish to return it? Here is our return policy : - The return request must be made within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. After this period, no returns will be authorized.
- Once the request is accepted by Brulight SRL, the material must be returned within 7 calendar days. In the event of a return without prior agreement from Brulight SRL or if this deadline is not respected, the return will not be processed and left without further action.
- Transport costs and risks linked to transport are the responsibility of the customer, with the exception of delivery errors caused by Brulight SRL.
- Inspection and restocking costs of 20% of the net value of the goods will be charged.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, in new condition, accompanied by all possible accessories and instructions.
- We do not accept items that are incomplete, used, damaged, soiled, or even opened. Please note : do not write anything on the product packaging. It must be like new.
- Products to be returned must be on the current price list at the time of the request. Items that have been discontinued or are in the process of being discontinued will not be accepted.
- These articles may not be returned :
- LED lamps and modules.
- Casambi modules and accessories.
- LED transformers and drivers.
- Spare parts.
- Requests must be send by e-mail to support@brulight.eu, along with the following information :
- Invoice number
- Product information (SKU, brand, etc.)
- Quantity of goods involved
- Reason of return
